Xlear Xylosweet Review 2020 – Best Sugar Replacement For Coffee

Best Sugar Replacement For Coffee Xlear Xylosweet Review Benefits Health and Experiences

Last updated: October 20th, 2019

In my search for the best sugar replacement for coffee, I stumbled across Xlear Xylosweet (xylitol), which is the cleanest tasting sugar substitute I’ve tried. So, this quick article gives you the full scoop on my Xlear Xylosweet review, and reveals what makes xylitol the ideal sugar substitute for a hot, natural and healthy cup of coffee.

Why you can trust this Xlear Xylosweet review (notes from a coffee addict)

Best Sugar Substitute For Coffee Xlear Xylosweet Review Health and Experiences

As a coffee addict, I drink at least two steaming hot cups of joe every morning.

With my coffee, I take lots of cream, and lots of sugar.

But after drinking thousands of these hot, sweet and creamy drinks, I finally realized that enough is enough…

How I declared Xlear Xylosweet (xylitol) the best sugar replacement for coffee

Best Sugar Replacement For Coffee Xlear Xylosweet Review Benefits Health and Experiences
VIEW ON AMAZON

After sweetening my coffee with plain sugar, Stevia, organic brown sugar, raw honey, Splenda, and many other sweeteners for years, I finally came across the Xlear Xylosweet sweetener.

Xlear Xylosweet is a natural sugar substitute that’s made entirely from xylitol. Xylitol is a natural sugar alcohol found in fruits and vegetables.

I’m obsessed with xylitol as a sugar substitute for the following reasons:

  • It tastes great
  • Xylitol doesn’t raise your blood sugar level
  • It will improve your oral hygiene
  • Xylitol contains 40% fewer calories than sugar

Better yet, the Xlear Xylosweet sweetener is ultimately the best brand of sugar substitute I’ve tried because…

  • It tastes much ‘cleaner’ than sugar
  • It instantly evaporates in my coffee (no thick chunks)
  • It doesn’t contain any nasty additives or harmful chemicals
  • Pure xylitol has been used safely for decades, and is generally held in high regard by the dental community

But, regardless of whether you choose Xlear Xylosweet as your main sugar replacement or not – you still need to be cautious of most sugar replacement products on the market today.

Why you must be careful about choosing a sugar replacement for your coffee

Best Sugar Replacement For Coffee Xlear Xylosweet Review Vs Ideal No Calorie Sweetener Health and Experiences.jpg

When I was originally searching for a good sugar replacement for my coffee habit, I came across a product called Ideal No Calorie sweetener.

Ideal No Calorie claims to be made from Xylitol. So, I naturally thought that everything was fine. I ordered the product.

But, after receiving my bag of the Ideal No Calorie sweetener, I noticed that it actually contained sucralose. Sucralose is the main ingredient in Splenda, and is a potentially dangerous artificial ingredient that I want nothing to do with.

What’s even worse is that when I continued my search for the best sugar alternatives for coffee, I realized there were hundreds, if not thousands of sugar substitutes on the market that are even more harmful than sugar.

To be fair, there’s no rock-solid evidence that suggests sucralose is harmful to humans. But, recent studies have shown that mice developed leukemia and other forms of blood cancer after ingesting sucralose over the course of the experiment.

So, I think I’ll play it safe, and stick with sugar substitutes for coffee that have proven to be fit for human consumption (like xylitol).

You too have to be extremely careful about the sugar substitute that you decide to consume.

Conclusion

Overall, finding the best sugar replacement for coffee is not an easy process.

People have been trying to ‘trick’ their brains with sugar substitutes for many years now. But the problem has always been that most sugar substitutes either taste terrible, harm your health or are no better than consuming regular sugar.

Thankfully, the people at Xlear can be trusted to provide a pure, natural sugar substitute that doesn’t taste bad, contain questionable ingredients, or make you feel guilty about sweetening your coffee.

I can’t recommend Xlear Xylosweet enough. It’s now the main sugar substitute that I take with my coffee.

I genuinely believe that you’ll enjoy it too.

P.S. Since using Xlear Xylosweet, I’ve also found that Xlear has an entire lineup of products made from Xylitol. I recently tried their Xlear Spry spearmint chewing gum, and found it to be great gum to chew after drinking coffee.

How To Build A Daily Routine For Your Online Brand (Building A Wellness Blog Part Three)

Updated: October 20th, 2019 This is Part Three of my three-part series on Building A Wellness Blog, in which I show you how to build a small wellness brand that earns $1000 a month.

In this article, you’ll learn how to build a daily routine that almost guarantees the future success of your wellness blog.

Introduction

Welcome to Part Three of my guide on Building A Wellness Blog.

If you haven’t been following this series, then you might want to check out Part One and Part Two before reading this particular piece.

Once you’re all caught up, you’ll be ready to proceed with this particular article, which shows you how to build a winning daily routine for your wellness brand, and practically guarantee your long-term success in the wellness industry.

Here we go…

Let’s make your wellness brand a success

Learning how to build a daily routine for a small internet brand is a lot like creating a system. We create systems in business so that we can achieve consistent results, and figure out which areas need to be tweaked for the greatest results.

Most people need to build a consistent routine in order to see great results with a wellness blog.

Working on your blog occasionally, or whenever you feel like it, is a definite path to failure. This is why you have to rely on some kind of daily routine to succeed at your wellness blog.

So, this article ultimately reveals my personal system for running Health and Experiences, as well as my other wellness brands on the internet.

I urge you to steal my system, and use it to make the daily routine that works best for your lifestyle. My routine works for me, but it isn’t going to work for everyone. So, make sure to do what works best for you.

Build your daily routine the right way

Build A Daily Routine Essentials

Wake up on a high note

You should love waking up. Waking up is like being given another opportunity to fight, play, and build.

Mornings are also when you’ll have your best creative energy. This isn’t always the case, but I’ve spoken with hundreds of entrepreneurs about this, and many are up at 5 a.m. each day to take advantage of the early morning silence.

There’s definitely something special that happens when you get up early in the morning to work on your projects while the rest of the world is asleep.

But, as long as you’re up and ready to go before 9 a.m. every morning, you’ll probably be just fine.

What you accomplish during the day is far more important than the exact time that you wake up.

So as soon as you’re up, you should get ready to work, and prepare to accomplish great things with your day.

Do the ground work

I like to do a few push ups, bodyweight squats, and sit-ups when I first wake up.

This is a great way to get a small head rush early in the morning. It’s energizing.

Breakfast and coffee

Plenty of people don’t like to eat breakfast, and that’s totally OK.

But, you have to fuel your body with high-quality food to focus on your wellness brand.

I happen to love breakfast, so I eat shortly after waking up. For breakfast, I’ll normally scramble some organic eggs, grab a slice of rye bread, a slice of cheese, and eat it all up fast.

For coffee, I recommend using Harlequin Cafe Coffee. This stuff is the bomb. Yes, you can brew it using a normal coffee maker.

Write two blog posts

To create a great blog, you have to put in consistent work. No one else is going to do your work for you, unless you hire them to do so (which is actually an excellent option too).

I aim to write at least two blog posts per day.

Try to make your blog posts at least 1000 words each. Google likes lengthy and valuable content.

Make sure to write about things that people actually want to read.

Your blog isn’t about you. It’s about the people. So give the people what they want. Day in and day out.

Schedule social media posts

Social media can be a huge distraction. Or it can be a powerful asset that you use to grow your brand.

I recommend using a tool to schedule all of your social media posts ahead of time.

I like to spend Sunday night writing out 10+ posts for social media, so that I’m always ready to go when Monday rolls around.

Prepare some emails

People who subscribe to your email newsletter will want to hear from you regularly as long as you send them great emails.

It’s important to bang out a quick email to your subscribers as often as possible. Always write to your audience via email, and treat them as trusted friends.

Take care of your day job if necessary

You need a consistent source of cash flow to keep your blog alive, hence the need for having a day job.

I know it’s tempting to quit your job as soon as you start working on your blog.

But, the truth is that having a day job is an essential part of the blogging process. Unless you’re retired, of course.

Create winning habits

Build A Daily Routine Good Habits Reading

Winning habits are things that you do without really thinking about. It’s really hard to build great habits, but it’s always worth it.

When you find yourself with a little extra time, these are the kinds of things that you should be doing to find success with blogging.

Read

Read whatever you can get your hands on. You have to stay up-to-date on current events, scientific journals, and whatever is happening in the wellness industry. You should even read a little bit (like 10 minutes’ worth) of celebrity gossip (for business purposes only).

By reading the stuff that’s really popular with the masses, you’ll develop a great understanding of what most people like to read on a daily basis.

Exercise

It’s tempting to skip exercise, but you’ve got to do it. 45 minutes every day is all it takes. Just hit the gym, run the neighborhood, or do whatever you have to do to stay in shape.

Do not skip workouts.

Associate with high-energy, fun-loving or ambitious people

Only associate with people who understand the game of bouncing positive or fun energy off of one another, and the powerful benefits that come with that.

Focus on the process

You’ll drive yourself nutty if you constantly fantasize about the day that you’ll finally be free to travel the world and live life as a wellness blogger.

The reality is that it takes quite a bit of energy and persistence to achieve real results online. It can take about one year (if not a bit longer) to earn $1000 a month in blogging income.

Most people won’t tell you that.

But, at the end of the day, anyone can build a profitable internet brand if they commit themselves to it for one year. It’s going to be worth it when you have an independent source of monthly online income.

Know that the universe usually gives back what you feed it

Build A Daily Routine Universe Karma

I’ve built many blogs and brands on the internet. So, I’ve found out first-hand that building a brand on the web only works when you give the world genuinely useful information that’s in-demand.

There’s already so much noise online that you’ll get crushed if you try to replicate what another website is doing without adding any real value.

Everyone copies thoughts, ideas and websites. That’s normal.

But, copying a concept and adding your own truth to it is where the real value comes from.

At the end of the day, people can normally sense your true intentions. Most people understand if you’re putting their interests first. Yes, even on the internet.

In my experience, it’s best to just start your wellness brand on a strong foot. Do your best to genuinely help people without any expectations, and you’ll be rewarded in due time.

Keep your audience hooked on your product

Build A Daily Routine Keep Your Audience Hooked

Bleed

Keeping your audience hooked on your brand is about providing consistent, raw value. This is just what all great businesses do (think Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Chipotle).

When it comes to blogging, I like to think about what James Altucher says, which is that you shouldn’t even bother writing anything unless you’re going to bleed.

Write about stuff that other people won’t write about. Be a little bit vulnerable. This is what makes writing good.

Note: I’m not a good writer at all. I just share genuine stories and entertainment on the internet. Keeping your writing genuine is the most important bit. But every extra bit of vulnerability that you can add to your writing is just icing on the cake.

Work fast and publish often

When you’re just starting out with your wellness blog, your goal should be to work fast. You can focus on writing world-class blog posts later.

For now, you want to show your audience that you’re going to stick around. Prove to the people (and most importantly, to yourself) that you’re making a commitment to building your blog for the long-term.

Keep your sentences short and crisp

I still have lots of trouble with keeping my sentences short. But, I still try to shorten my writing and make it ‘stupid simple’ to understand whenever I can remember this rule.

The best copywriting happens place at a 5th grade reading level.

Everything about your blog should be super simple to absorb, even when you’re covering high-level subjects.

Stay persistent

Staying persistent is the key to building a successful wellness brand on the internet.

You have to show up and do the work most days of the week.

If you can just stay persistent about giving people genuine value on the internet, you literally can’t fail.

You might have to adjust your strategy a few times, but you’ll eventually generate a solid source of monthly income.

Focus on one source of traffic to begin with

Build A Daily Routine Traffic Source

Your blog’s primary source of traffic is how people will find out about you. It’s best to pick just one source of traffic to start with, and focus on that. In the future, you should absolutely combine traffic sources, but my goal is to make your blogging business super easy to start.

Let’s keep things simple, and choose ONE source of traffic listed below to start with. I recommend starting with SEO (but any of the four traffic sources listed below are excellent).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

If you want to build an internet brand from the ground up, then you’ll probably want to find out what people are searching for online.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of publishing content that people are already searching for. I leverage a bit of SEO for all of my web business ventures.

SEO is an excellent way to put your wellness blog on the map. It’s a slow process, but it does get you in front of organic readers.

I like running a Google search and looking at the auto-complete data to see what people are searching for.

Because, if you publish content on your blog that people are already searching for on Google, then people are eventually going to discover your wellness blog.

What I’m describing is the most basic form of SEO there is (publishing content that people are searching for). There’s a lot more to SEO than just that. But, this should at least get you going in the right direction.

Social media

Social media is powerful, and blogs can absolutely be built entirely off of a strong social media presence.

I highly recommend signing up for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and possibly Snapchat or Periscope as soon as you can.

You’ll have to find the social network that you enjoy using most, and stick with that platform to build your wellness brand on social media.

Email

People love to read great emails. If you can write really good emails, you can grow a wildly successful wellness brand entirely because of this skill set.

Paid traffic

Paid traffic is the art and (mostly) science of buying advertisements on the internet. Running paid traffic is extremely effective for building audiences. But it doesn’t always attract the kind of people that I personally want for my audience. I prefer growing my wellness brands organically.

But, paid traffic could absolutely work for you.

I will never dismiss a source of traffic, especially because paid traffic works unbelievably well for millions of people.

Conclusion

Build A Daily Routine Perspective

Perspective is everything

Most people will tell you that building a wellness blog is hard.

…Compared to what?

The truth is that building a brand on the internet isn’t hard compared to battling disease, fighting the legal system, or dealing with a traumatic life event.

This stuff is achievable. Anyone can do it. I admit that it takes grit to build a thriving wellness blog. But, blogging isn’t anywhere near being hard. I type on a keyboard for a living and expend a bit of mental energy each day. That’s nothing compared to most of the stuff our ancestors went through.

Make sure to keep things in perspective throughout this process, and remember to think about life’s real difficulties as your building a winning wellness brand.

If you can do that, you’ll come to realize that creating a wellness blog isn’t all that hard. And, if you can commit to building a daily routine while creating your wellness blog, you’ll eventually find yourself with a nice monthly income that enables you to live virtually anywhere in the world, and do almost anything you want.

Trust me when I say that you aren’t going to regret the process of building an awesome wellness brand. It all pays for itself in due time.

How To Launch A Wellness Blog For The Price Of A Protein Bar (Building A Wellness Blog Part Two)

Last Updated: October 20th, 2019 This is Part Two of my series on creating a small wellness blog that earns $1000 a month in online income.

In this article, I’m going to show you how to launch your own wellness blog for just a few bucks and 15 minutes of your time, and earn an independent source of income this year.

Introduction

After reading Part One of my series on Building A Wellness Blog, in which I explain How To Start A Small Wellness Blog That Earns $1000 A Month, you should have a clear understanding of what it takes to create a winning wellness brand on the internet.

In Part Two of this guide, I’m going to walk you through the simple steps of actually launching your blog so that you can start building a professional wellness brand on the internet, and generate an independent source of monthly income.

The process of launching your blog is extremely easy, and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Following this process will also provide you with a real-life asset that can generate income this year, for the price of a single protein bar.

OK, let’s get started…

Step 1. Sign up for web hosting

Bluehost Web Hosting Review Choose A Plan Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

If you’re launching a wellness blog for the first time, and you’re still learning the ropes of how to generate an income on the web, you can sign-up with Bluehost for cheap and reliable web hosting.

Bluehost is extremely easy to set up, and you’ll also receive a free domain name when you sign up for Bluehost’s web hosting service.

You’ll want to sign up with a high-quality web host so that people from all around the world can easily access your blog on the internet. Good web hosting is like premium fuel for your business. Yes, there are free web hosting alternatives available, but they aren’t going to be worth your time. Free web hosts cause big problems, and they aren’t dependable.

I currently host one of my wellness blogs with Bluehost, and the service has been great so far.

It will cost you about the price of a protein bar to sign up with Bluehost ($3 to $4) and receive premium web hosting.

Most people choose to go with the ‘plus’ plan on Bluehost.

Note: After paying a low introductory price, Bluehost will bill you at their standard monthly rate for web hosting service (about $8 to $11 per month). Bluehost’s monthly rate will depend on the specific web hosting plan that you select (I’m on the ‘plus’ plan). Generally speaking, Bluehost offers some of the best deals in the web hosting industry, and you can always upgrade, downgrade, or change your hosting plan at any time.

Step 2. Name your brand

Bluehost Review Register New Domain Name Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

Your blog is your business, and your business is your brand.

Bluehost gives you a free domain name with your web hosting purchase. So, now’s the time to register a domain name (brand name) that you love.

You’ll need to create a name for your wellness brand that’s catchy, easy to spell, and available as a .com domain (.com is the default selection on Bluehost).

Once you decide on a brand name for your wellness brand, hit the ‘next’ button to confirm that your domain of choice is available for registration. You might have to try a few different domain names to find one that you like.

When you see a message saying that your domain is available, you’re almost ready to complete your purchase. You’ll just need to fill out some final information to get your website up and running.

Step 3. Customize your package information

Bluehost Review Package Information Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

After selecting your web hosting package, choosing your domain name, and filling out your account information, you’ll come across a section that asks for your ‘package information’.

I recommend keeping the ‘Domain Privacy Protection’ box checked, as this will protect your private information from being accessed by strangers.

I also recommend unchecking the ‘Site Backup Pro’ box, as you don’t need to pay $2.99 a month to have your website backed up. You can install a free WordPress plugin to do that for you.

After entering this information, and filling in your payment information, you’ll just need to confirm that all of your information is correct, and click the ‘submit’ button.

Once you’ve taken care of all of this, you’ll have your very own wellness website registered and running!

The only thing left to do at this point is transform your website into a blog by installing WordPress (blogging software) with a few more clicks.

Step 4. Click the ‘Install WordPress’ button

Bluehost Review Install WordPress Launch Your Wellness Blog Health and Experiences

WordPress is the best blogging software in the world. It’s a tool that makes your website unbelievably easy to operate.

Many of the biggest media organizations and businesses in the world use WordPress to operate, so it’s going to work great for your small wellness blog too.

To install WordPress on your new website, just go to your Bluehost dashboard, and look for the icon that says ‘Install WordPress’.

Click that button, and follow the rest of my instructions to finish installing WordPress on your website.

Step 5. Finish installing WordPress yourself (save hundreds of dollars)

Install WordPress Select Domain Bluehost Review Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

As you can see in the image above, you just need to select your ‘domain for installation’ from the dropdown menu (this is the website name that you just registered), and leave the ‘directory’ option in the default position.

Click ‘Next’ to install WordPress yourself. This will save you a few hundred bucks. It’s easy as pie.

Step 6. Choose your username and password for WordPress

Choose Username and Password For WordPress Bluehost Review Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

This is where you type in your website name (‘Site Name or Title’), create a username that you want to log in to your blog with (‘Admin Username’) and create a password (‘Admin Password’).

Make sure to checkmark all the boxes, then hit the Install button once you’re ready.

Step 7. Complete your WordPress installation

View WordPress Credentials Bluehost Review Health and Experiences Launch Your Wellness Blog

If you’ve made it this far in the process, then you deserve a big congratulations. By this point, your blog should be totally up and running.

By launching your own blog, you’ve just invested more in your future than 99% of people are willing to do.

We’re almost finished here. There’s just a few more things to take care of.

Most notably, Bluehost is going to urge you to purchase a theme for your blog. But, I don’t recommend that you purchase any of the themes that they offer.

Instead, I recommend that you click the button at the top of your screen so that you can view your WordPress credentials.

After clicking, you should see the WordPress account credentials that you’ll use to log-in to your new wellness blog.

You should actually be able to click on the URL that ends in wp-admin (it should look like http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin – just replace ‘yourdomain’ with the name of your blog).

Your WordPress Administration portal (wp-admin) is where you will log in to your blog, adjust settings, publish posts, and manage almost everything to do with your blog.

You can spend some time exploring your WordPress Admin area/dashboard if you like. At this time, you can also visit your blog’s live URL to see how your website actually looks.

As you’ve probably noticed, it’s amazing that your blog is live on the internet. But, your blog probably doesn’t look too great either. That’s because your blog needs some final touches added to it, like a sexy WordPress theme, and some awesome plugins.

Step 8. Add the final touches to your wellness blog

Studiopress Review Launch Your Wellness Blog Final Touches

Now that your blog is live, you’re basically free to do whatever you want to it.

There are literally millions of different customizations that you can make to your blog.

But, to keep things simple, I’m going to recommend just a few essential tips that will transform your blog into a professional product.

Get a premium theme

It’s important that you “treat” your blog by giving it a high-quality theme.

You want people to enjoy the feeling of interacting with your blog, and this usually requires having a great WordPress theme.

For Health and Experiences, I use the Genesis Framework from Studiopress. You can think of the Genesis Framework as the foundation of your blog. It’s like the core layer of software that enables you to add ‘themes’ to your blog.

Once you have the Genesis Framework installed, you can choose from a variety of Studiopress Themes that will add a lot of color and customization to your blog. Just find your favorite theme, and install it on top of your Genesis Framework.

Don’t worry. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions that show you how to set up your Studiopress theme, optimize the appearance of your blog, and make everything look great. I can’t recommend Studiopress enough. They make it really easy to install a great theme for your blog.

Note: I currently use the Metro Theme from Studiopress. That’s what Health and Experiences runs on. But, Studiopress also offers a nice Wellness Pro Theme that could be perfect for your wellness blog. You can also purchase the Genesis Framework in combination with a Studiopress Theme as sort of a package offering. That would be an excellent deal to go with.

Install some useful plugins

WordPress plugins will save you time, money and hassle. You can think of plugins as tiny applications that automatically solve problems, and make your blog work better. Here are some plugins that I recommend installing.

  • Yoast SEO

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) helps people find your blog through search engines like Google and Bing. Yoast SEO is one of the most comprehensive plugins for all of your SEO needs. You should start practicing SEO from the get-go.

  • EWWW Image Optimizer

Large images will normally slow your website down. But, using a good image optimization tool will automatically compress images so that your web pages load quickly.

  • Contact Form 7

If you want people to be able to contact you, then it’s best to include a contact form somewhere on your blog. Contact Form 7 makes it super easy to create clean contact forms.

There are plenty of other great WordPress plugins out there, and you’ll be able to search for more plugins whenever you’d like.

Publish a blog post

Publishing your first blog post is something really special.

This is the point when you find out how easy it can be to make your message known.

I recommend publishing your first blog post as soon as possible, so that you can get yourself acquainted with WordPress, and start crafting your own unique messages to share.

Keep in mind that publishing fast is key. You want to get your message out there now!

Borrow inspiration from other websites

It’s best to create an authentic website with an original message. That’s how you add value to people’s lives. But, there’s nothing wrong with looking at websites in the wellness space, and taking a hard look at what others are doing.

For example, you can borrow inspiration from popular blog posts, pages, and books.

Just make sure to keep your message unique if you hope to build a brand that’s truly valuable to the world.

Step 9. Launch your wellness blog (Part Two) conclusion

If you come across any problems while signing up for your Bluehost website, keep in mind that you can always receive help during any part of this process.

Bluehost offers free support by phone, live chat, and email. I urge you to call Bluehost free of charge, and chat with one of their representatives about any questions that you may have.

Once your website is live, and you’ve successfully installed WordPress, make sure to proceed to Part 3 of my series on Building A Wellness Blog, which is called How To Build A Daily Routine For Your Online Brand (Building A Wellness Blog Part Three).

In Part 3 of my series on Building A Wellness Blog, I’m going to show you how to create a daily routine that almost guarantees the success (and profitability) of your brand over the long-term.

How To Start A Small Wellness Blog That Earns $1,000 A Month in 2020 (Part One)

Last updated: October 20th, 2019 This guide shows you the best approach to launch your own wellness blog, and start generating a monthly income on the internet.

What you’re about to read is Part One of my three-part series on creating a high-value wellness brand online.

Introduction

Freeing yourself from the responsibilities of having to deal with a boss, put up with office drama, and wake up to an alarm clock may be the healthiest decision that you ever make.

Starting a wellness blog that earns a small ‘side income’ every month can become a massive source of stress relief when you do it right.

It’s for this reason that I will always recommend starting a niche wellness blog. Health and wellness is an industry that allows anyone to share an authentic message with the world, and get paid while doing it.

Most people won’t get rich off launching a health and wellness blog. But, if you’re committed to sharing your message, whatever it may be, then you can absolutely earn an extra $1000 a month online.

Important: While making an extra $1,000 a month off of a blog might not sound like much money, high-quality blogs are often valued at a multiple of 25x to 32x. For example, if you build a wellness blog that earns $1,000 a month in net profit, you can potentially sell it for $32,000. If you can boost your blog’s average net profit to $2,500 a month, it can be valued at $80,000.

Some strategies for earning a legitimate income using a wellness blog include…

  • Writing reviews of products that you’ve used, and earning monthly commissions from Amazon when people buy the products that you recommend
  • Publishing a wellness e-book on Amazon, promoting the book on your blog, and receiving monthly royalty payments for years to come
  • Creating awesome blog content and receiving a recurring monthly revenue from advertisers

Making money with a wellness blog is about giving people valuable information that they’re already searching for, and generating a respectable income in the process.

Today, I’ll be sharing the exact set-up that I use to grow my wellness brands on the internet, and earn monthly revenue from Amazon, Google AdSense and other affiliate partnerships.

If you follow the system that I’ve laid out here, you’ll be able to set up your own blog-based wellness business that has the potential to generate online income for years to come. Best of all, it should only take you about 20 minutes to get started.

Caution

Creating A Wellness Blog Caution Sign

It takes a lot of effort to add new habits to your daily routine. Humans are naturally wired to sleep, make babies, survive, and conserve as much energy as possible. This is human biology at its core. So, to create a successful wellness brand on the web, you’ll have to fight against some annoying, innate human habits.

You’ll basically have to brainwash yourself to make positive lasting changes. This goes for virtually anything that’s worth accomplishing in life.

But, the sooner you make these changes, the better off you’ll be.

In addition to brainwashing yourself, you’ll have to take persistent action to form new habits. Again, this isn’t easy. But when it comes to the possibility of making an extra thousand dollars every month, it will be totally worth it.

So if you hope to make more money, help people, and become the star of your own movie, then get ready to start taking action today.

Now’s the time to start your own wellness blog and gain more independence over your finances.

Grab a pen and paper, and get ready to take notes as you use this guide to build your own cash-flowing wellness brand now…

Start with a mantra

Wellness Blog Mantra Health and Experiences

A mantra is something that you write down each day or repeat to yourself to instill a new belief in your brain.

Creating a mantra is the first step that you should take to start your blog.

I know what you’re thinking…

Most people find mantras to be a little bit kooky. But, those same naysayers also like to sit on the sidelines and commentate while the ‘kooks’ take action.

Having a mantra can literally change the outcome of your life. You need to have one.

To make your mantra, just think about how you want your life to turn out. Visualize it. Then write it in a single sentence. Your mantra can be something like:

  • “I, Lifestyle Bum, will travel to at least 100 countries, and write a best-selling book about my adventures”
  • “I, Ambitious Healthyperson, will become a certified personal trainer, and compete in professional bodybuilding shows”
  • “I, Big Businessman, will start my own company, and turn a profit in one year”
  • “I, Health and Experiences, will live in a small house on the beach, and make $250,000 per year in online passive income”

(You should fill in your own name where I’ve underlined).

Your mantra can be anything you want. Don’t be ashamed of what you actually want to get out of life. Now’s your time to get selfish, because you really only have one life to live. Your mantra needs to reflect what you actually want to get out of life, not how you will achieve it. We’ll cover how to achieve your mantra in the next section of this guide.

Just make sure to write your mantra on paper a few times per day. The act of writing has a special relationship with your brain, so it’s important that you actually write your mantra down rather than type it.

You can create your mantra at any age or life stage. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Get your mind right

Wellness Blog Get Your Mind Right Health and Experiences

Zig Ziglar says that to get what you want out of life, you just have to help other people get what they want. I subscribe to this belief. But I also like to take it a step further.

I believe that you should focus on helping other people get what they want, and totally block out what you want for the vast majority of the workweek.

You need to focus most of your energy on helping others get what they want.

This is the only legitimate strategy that will actually help you get what you want out of life.

Developing a ‘giving mindset will literally attract success or anything else that you want like a magnet.

This happens because the act of giving comes from a place of abundance and non-neediness. It’s just attractive.

Once you’ve gotten your mantra down, and you’re in the right frame of mind, it’s time to choose the niche that your wellness blog (and a decent little chunk of your life) will revolve around.

Find a niche in the health and wellness space

Health and Wellness Niche Wellness Blog Health and Experiences

Finding your niche is the most important step to consider when creating a blog in the wellness arena.

Choosing a niche will give you an accurate target to aim for each day. You want to pick a topic for your blog that allows you to share an authentic message or idea with the world.

To choose a niche for your blog, you’ll need to ask yourself questions like…

  • Do I have an authentic message to share?
  • What information do I have that people want?
  • What’s something I enjoy doing that’s also going to be in demand for a long time?

Your niche doesn’t have to be perfect. What truly matters is that your niche in demand. The ultimate goal of doing business online is to give people what they want. Remember that this isn’t about you. It’s about your audience!

Luckily for you, in the health and wellness space, there are plenty of niches that you can make a great living off of (while delivering tons of value).

My niche is about giving real wellness advice. It’s the best niche in the world. I just share my thoughts about living a better and healthier life, and you get to use my product recommendations to make more informed purchasing decisions.

Your niche can be anything you want as long as it’s in demand. For example, you can create a booming niche wellness blog around…

  • Weight loss for women over 40
  • How to stay healthy while working a corporate job
  • Keep fit while traveling the world

It’s also a good idea to stay flexible with your niche.

You will almost positively have to change your business model around when you first get started with this.

Don’t worry. It’s absolutely normal to switch your business model around a bit. Just adapt with the bumps in the road, and you’ll be golden.

Oh, and you’ll want to spend at least a few days thinking about your niche before you proceed with registering a website.

And based on my experience with launching over ten websites, you’ll ultimately want to keep four final thoughts in mind when you’re finalizing a niche for your web business…

The four most important things to consider when choosing a niche for your wellness blog

Wellness Blog Important Health and Experiences

Look for natural human desires

Your blog should ideally cater to a natural human desire. The demand has to already exist. You can’t create a market from scratch, or you’ll end up fighting a major uphill battle. Choose a niche around health, wealth, love, or sex – and you’ll never go out of business (assuming you don’t give up too soon). Think about the stuff that people naturally crave. Take a look at Maslow’s hierarchy of needs if you’d like. All of the best blogs cater to deep human needs and desires.

If you want a high-level understanding of human needs, you can definitely check out Cashvertising.

Choose a niche that matches who you are

The fastest way to make yourself miserable is to run a blog that you don’t personally align with.

But, you don’t have to love your niche in order to make it a success either.

I recommend that you choose a niche that’s congruent with who you are as a person. You don’t have to be obsessed with a niche to make it work. But you do have to know that you’re adding real value to people’s lives.

Your blog is a business

If you’re just starting a blog for fun, then that’s completely fine, but you shouldn’t expect to make a significant amount of income with it.

Your wellness blog has to become your business, and you have to commit to working on it regularly.

Even if you only work on your blog for 30 minutes a day, staying persistent about growing your brand is key to success.

When it comes to making money online, you can think of it as a game that’s similar to The Tortoise And The Hare.

Internet marketers are hares. Bloggers and ‘brand builders’ are tortoises.

We see the long-term vision, and the awesome rewards that come with building something of lasting value.

Once you’ve decided on a niche, make sure to stick with it (up to a point)

Once you’re certain that your niche is in demand, and that it flows with your personality on some level, you have to commit to it.

You’re going to have second thoughts about running a blog.

Your brain will tell you to stop when you haven’t made a single dollar after months of work.

But, you have to overcome your biological instincts, and give your blog time to come to fruition.

You just have to keep in mind that if your niche satisfies a proven biological demand (health, wealth, love, sex etc.) then you literally can’t fail at your blog as long as you don’t give up.

Rainbow Light B Complex Review 2020 – A Real Food-Based Multivitamin That Actually Works

Rainbow Light B Complex Review Final

Last updated on October 20th, 2019…

If you’re looking for a supplement that will actually increase your energy, make your brain feel razor-sharp, and boost your happiness, then you’ll want to breeze through this Rainbow Light B Complex multivitamin review.

The full name of this multivitamin is the Rainbow Light Complete B-Complex, and I’ll tell you straight away that I trust this multivitamin enough to give it to my mother who suffers from tinnitus.

I take this multivitamin 2-3x per week as well.

But, you still deserve to know the facts about this multivitamin, including the good and the bad.

That’s why I’m giving you my full Rainbow Light B Complex Review. Here we go…

Rainbow Light B Complex Benefits

Rainbow Light B Complex Review Benefits

  • Rainbow Light Complete B-Complex is a food-based multivitamin, meaning that it’s made from natural ingredients and not shady chemicals that were manufactured in some lab (this is comforting to know, as you should want your multivitamin to resemble real food as much as possible)
  • You can use a quality pill cutter to easily cut the Rainbow Light Complete B-Complex multivitamins in half (I enjoy doing this)
  • The Rainbow Light B-Complex Multivitamin contains at least 4,000% of your recommended daily value’s of vitamins B-1, B-2 B-6, B-12, and 1,200% of your recommended daily value of vitamin B-5
  • This multivitamin also contains many other vitamins, herbs, superfoods, and amino acids – going far above above and beyond what’s typically required of a b-complex
  • I use this specific b-complex multivitamin because it contains a Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex in addition to the standard b vitamins
  • Bioflavonoids have been shown to help your brain fight against oxidative stress – which plays a large role in helping you think more clearly, protect your brain, and enjoy a long healthy life
  • I also like that this product contains biotin, which will make your hair appear stronger and healthier (biotin is technically vitamin H, but also belongs to the b-complex family)

Rainbow Light B Complex Cons

VIEW ON AMAZON
  • This multivitamin’s greatest flaw is that you can’t take it late in the evening (past 7 pm), or it will almost certainly mess with your sleep cycle
  • I recommend that you use this multivitamin no later than 6:30 – 7 pm
  • This product gives you a lot of energy because it simply works, so it only makes sense that you won’t be able to sleep very well if you take it too late
  • My only other quirk with this multi is that the tablets are a little bit larger than average, and you may need to take 2-3 of them per day to get the best results

Rainbow Light B-Complex Multivitamin Conclusion

  • If you can get past the slightly-larger-than-normal tablets, and commit to taking two or three of these multivitamins per day, then you’re going to understand why I consider Rainbow Light Complete B Complex to be the most energizing b-complex multivitamin available today
  • The b-complex formula, amino acids, and superfood ingredients in this product are nearly flawless, which is an incredibly difficult statement to make about a multivitamin while maintaining your credibility
  • But, I stand by my statement, because this is a multivitamin that’s worth at least double the relatively dirt-cheap price Rainbow Light is asking for.

P.S. One month’s supply of naturally-sourced b-complex tablets is a steal for the price Rainbow Light is charging. Hop on over to Amazon and order a bottle for yourself right now to see what I’m jabbering about.
