Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals Review (Pure Ascorbic Acid)

Updated: November 16th, 2019

Since I’ve gone through multiple bottles of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals, I figured that I’d write you a quick review of the product. This article gives you the good, bad, and ultimately my recommendation of whether you should buy the Now Foods brand of Vitamin C Crystals. Enjoy…

Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals PROS (the good stuff)

Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals provide you with a great way to get a whopping dose of vitamin C every single day.

Just one half teaspoon of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals provides you with 2,250mg of vitamin C.

This means that one half teaspoon of these vitamin C crystals is equal to 2500% of the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin C.

In other words, you can take just a tiny bit of these crystals every day, and boost your immune health tremendously!

Vitamin C has been shown to help you fight mild to severe colds, strengthen your immune system, fight damage caused by free radicals…and simply make you feel better.

If you’re looking for an easy way to feel better, I think that Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals gives you a really great way to do just that.

Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals CONS (the bad stuff)

The bad part about Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals is that this product is somewhat expensive if you use a lot of it (like I do).

While the price of this product tends to fluctuate, it’s generally on the pricier side of the spectrum (at least compared to other vitamin C products that I’ve seen).

For example, in a previous article, I wrote about the power of using pure ascorbic acid for canning, preserving food, maintaining health, and even cleaning your swimming pool! If you plan on using a LOT of vitamin C crystals (also called “vitamin C powder”), then I recommend reading the article that I’ve just linked to. In the article, you’ll see that there are bulk vitamin C powder products available. These bulk vitamin C powder packages end up providing you with a much better value overall.

But, other than the slightly expensive price of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals, I can’t complain too much about the product. It works extremely well, and it gets the job done for the most part.

My Final Recommendation To You

If you’re interested in using just a little bit of vitamin C crystals every day, then you should definitely pick up a bottle of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals. Sure, you might pay a few extra bucks when you buy this product. But, at least you’ll know that you’re paying for a high-quality source of vitamin C crystals.

If you know for a fact that you’ll be using multiple pounds of vitamin C crystals in your home – then I recommend that you go with a larger package of vitamin C powder (which you will find in my article on using ascorbic acid for various different things).

Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals Review Conclusion

I generally love Now Foods products.

I’ve written a Now Foods True Calm review, and have recommended Now Foods products in many other articles of mine.

In the case of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals, I still love their product, although I think they missed the mark a little bit with their slightly expensive pricing for this product.

Either way, the price of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals isn’t a deal-breaker by any means. You’re still paying for a great-quality product, and you’re also paying for the peace of mind that you get when you use Now Foods supplements. I think that’s worth the extra couple of dollars in the end. And I’m sure that you’ll be happy with your tasty, health-enhancing vitamin C!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this review of Now Foods Vitamin C Crystals.
