Yoga, Meditation and Skincare – The Best Anti-Aging Regimens of 2020 Revealed

I was asked a VERY interesting question today…

One of my readers emailed me and asked the following:

Will people who are under 40 years old have less wrinkles when they’re 80 years old, compared to people who are 80 years old today?

This is a very interesting topic as we enter the year 2020, considering people use many more skincare products today compared to just 40 years ago.

For a rough estimate, the global skincare industry is worth about $135 billion. This number has grown by a whopping 60% over the last 10 years.

This basically means that in the year 2020, you have thousands of exciting product options available when it comes to picking out skincare items that actually work for you.

But there’s just one problem here…

Stress is one of the biggest contributors to the aging process – and the skincare industry basically ignores this.

While humans are in fact capable of handling massive amounts of stress…stress tends to “show” on your face, neck and especially underneath your eyes.

The point of today’s article is to expose how it’s possible to use a combination of yoga, meditation and skincare products to unlock the very best anti-aging regimens on this planet.

Yoga is an ancient practice that has been proven to fight stress and reduce the signs of aging.

People have used yoga for thousands of years throughout the Eastern world (Asia) and now obviously the Western world as well!

I highly recommend trying out a local yoga instructor to see if you like the instructor before you officially join the yoga studio.

For example, it’s important to find a good yoga instructor who understands the importance of deep breathing, as how you breathe is vitally important to reducing your stress, and making the most of your yoga experience.

Does meditation fight stress and reduce the signs of aging?

Meditation is very similar to yoga in that meditation has been practiced throughout Asia for thousands of years as well.

I’ve actually already published some great content on meditation and mindfulness right here on Health and Experiences.

The gist is very simple.

Sit in a quiet place. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. And endure the beauty of being by yourself for just 5 to 10 minutes. That’s all it takes.

It’s so uncommon for people to spend any amount of “solo time” these days.

Meditation allows you to escape reality, reduce your stress, and literally fight aging all at the same time.

Which skincare products specifically target “signs of stress”?

While everyone is different, I’ve personally had the best results with products that contain vitamin C and retinol.

Vitamin C always works for me.

I love vitamin C because it’s such a simple, affordable and effective ingredient that simply works.

Collagen is another great wrinkle-reducer which comes highly-recommended.

You can also try sheet masks…which started out as a craze in Korea, and spread to America.

Sheet masks help you feel amazing and also make you look refreshed. They’re great for fighting the signs of stress and aging.

In conclusion, there’s no reason why you can’t have it all.

You can practice yoga and meditation, and also take advantage of incredible skincare products.

The key to anti-aging is to take advantage of stress reduction and skincare technology.

For example, it’s a fact that wearing high-quality sunscreen will protect your skin from signs of aging if you spend any amount of time outdoors. Sunscreen is an essential skincare item.

You can also use brightening eye cream, face cream and many other powerful skincare remedies that have been proven safe and effective.

So please don’t be afraid to use your favorite skincare goodies.

But at the same time, you should make stress reduction a priority in your life.

You can drastically reduce your stress through yoga, meditation, exercise, sauna, travel, peak experiences and so many other exciting aspects of life.
